WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Pharmacists who regularly face the challenge of whether and how to refuse a prescription that is either unlawful or is not in the patient’s best interests.
Technicians who support pharmacists in determining whether a prescription should be honored or declined.
Supervisors, including those who serve in the position of Pharmacist-in-Charge, and who are responsible for pharmacy regulatory compliance through the refusal of invalid or inappropriate prescriptions.
Pharmacy faculty and preceptors who teach professional responsibility subjects to pharmacy students.
